Drainage is one part of the ground works  carried out on site prior to starting the above-ground construction. Before start work our engineers will do site surveys and drainage design works will combine to create an overall plan of sustainable drainage features. For preparing drain to receive the correct pipe sizes, and achieve the correct levels to provide the right falls and connect into the existing drainage system, is a main work of our engineers. We understand what needs to be achieved before starting work, and how best to achieve it once work has started, is our motto to a smooth-running project. The main objective of a drainage system is to collect and remove waste matter systematically to maintain healthy conditions in a building.

Sanitary plumbing will ensure the arrival of clean water, as well as the outlet of used water. Sanitary equipment and the production of hot water with this function are also part of the plumbing. There are three main types of plumbing systems we prefer : potable water, drainage plumbing and storm water drainage.
